Dumpling Cooking Class with Ruth

Together with Ruth Waschgler Höller, an ambassador for South Tyrolean farm products, we will prepare traditional South Tyrolean dumplings. With plenty of hands-on practice, personal tips from the traditional farm kitchen, and regional ingredients, we’ll prepare, shape and, of course, enjoy our homemade dumplings together!

A cooking class for everyone who enjoys making dumplings from scratch and wants to experience traditional South Tyrolean farm cooking.
