Kirnig Südtiroler Edelpilze

Kirnig - which in the dialect of the two Regglbergers means steadfast and down-to-earth - is what they had to be to get such a project off the ground. Now South Tyrol's noble mushrooms are growing at the "Hof im Thal" in the specially adapted barn under the watchful eyes of these two innovative young farmers.
